Intelligent AL-2D/3D Lithography and Applications:

l Develop aluminum-based imprinting-anodization technique to realize freeform 2D/3D architectures with high precision nano-and micro-structures and materials.

l Explore the structure-property relationship of multi-structures, multi-materials, multi-functions for light management, flexible electronic, sensing, and green energy.

Laser Manufacturing Guided Heterogeneous Materials and Applications：  

l Develop continuous wave laser and pulsed laser to form desirable heterogeneous structures and materials.

l Explore the structure-property relationship of heterogeneous materials for healthcare monitoring and green energy.
